grad school rant
March 15th, 2009 -- Posted in family, graduate school | No Comments »i swear that i am now stuck with taking the most challenging graduate classes during my last year of school. at the time, i didn’t realize i was taking the easy ones first; now i would pay a lot of money to have those types of classes again.
fall 08, part two: quantitative business modeling = statistics on crack. I received my first c. :(
spring 09, part one: org theory & design = same prof as the previous class. ugh. b+
spring 09, part two: financial decision making for managers = accounting on crack. not fun!!!!!! hoping for at least a b.
i signed up for management information systems for the fall…at least i’m surrounded by computer peeps at work and can get a lot of help from vik if I need it. after that, only three more classes!
h has been super stressed out and working like crazy for the past couple of months. evaluations are wrapping up tonight (thank goodness!!). he went in friday night, got home at 1pm on saturday and had to go back saturday night at 9pm. he’s going back in again today at 6pm…this has been pretty normal for him lately, poor thing. while he was at work last night, i hung out with some friends. it was really nice to just chill and relax. we watched forgetting sarah marshall and i swear that movie gets funnier with each viewing.
